The Future is Bright

From "the silent killer"

When looking for pictures to hang on the walls in "the silent killer", I quickly found that ordinary real life photographs wouldn't fit with the stylistic look of the main character in the image at all. Therefore I did a bit of what I like to call "grotescifying" on a couple of photos in Photoshop to make them match better with the cartoon universe the old man belongs to.

The degree of distortion of the facial features in this photo was pretty high, which combined with a head enlargement also made the woman look younger than she originally did. It was nice to have almost all ages represented in the photographs of "the silent killer", thereby supporting the notion of the old man looking back at life.
