Chapter 6 from "Blender 3D Architecture, Buildings, and Scenery". This sample chapter covers the modeling of furniture in Blender for architectural visualization; both using pre-made models and modeling new (a chair and a sofa is used as examples).
What I'll try to, is to give you some general tips you'll be able to use to work your way up the ladder and become a better Blender artist. Some of these tips are composed primarily of common sense, so you might already have figured out much for yourself.
Animating eyes is just as important as animating any other body part; the eyes can make or break a character. Because of this it's very important to know your way around modeling, shading and animating them. The Track To constraint will help you with the last of these.
